Relaxation takes centre stage in our spa and massage area, a calm escape from the busy energy of the city. Guests can choose from a range of therapeutic treatments in tranquil rooms with soft lighting and calming music, and there is a spa and sauna area for unwinding further. Beyond the spa you will find billiards, a rooftop area and a terrace where you can sit out with a tea or coffee, while our concierge can arrange tours and tickets for attractions across Dubai.
Convenience and everyday services
Our laundry and ironing services keep your wardrobe fresh without hunting for a laundromat, and safety deposit boxes and lockers give you a secure place for valuables while you explore the city. A concierge team is on hand for tours, restaurant recommendations and local advice, luggage storage lets you head out unencumbered on arrival or departure day, and daily housekeeping keeps your room spotless. Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms and public areas, there is a lift to all floors, food delivery and grocery delivery are available, cashless payment is accepted, and a designated smoking area is provided for guests who need it.

Each of our 85 rooms comes with air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, toiletries, towels and linens, a mirror, wardrobe, slippers and ironing facilities. Non-smoking rooms are available on request, breakfast can be served in your room or packed to take away, and room service runs 24 hours a day so you can eat whenever your schedule allows.
Accessibility and families
The hotel is wheelchair accessible with facilities for guests with reduced mobility, accessible vanities and adapted baths in selected rooms, and accessible on-site dining areas. Families are very welcome - family rooms are available, children aged 0 stay free of charge with their parents, and our team is happy to help with cots, extra towels or advice on child-friendly places nearby.
Safety, security and cleanliness
The front desk and security are staffed 24 hours a day, with CCTV in common areas and outside the property, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and a first aid kit on site. Rooms are sanitised between stays, staff are trained in safety protocols, hand sanitiser is available, a doctor or nurse can be called if needed, and the hotel holds a hygiene certification.
Parking and getting around
On-site parking is available at 30 AED per day, with valet parking, taxi service and rental car arrangements all handled through reception. If you prefer public transport, Al Ghubaiba Bus Station is around 670 m away and Al Ghubaiba Metro Station about 890 m, putting the whole metro network within easy reach.
